A. Yes…L.M.A keeps a record of all students’ lessons. We schedule in
‘make-up lessons’ from time to time. You child will be given all the lessons that you pay for.
From time to time, due to lack of room availability at schools or various other factors, we are not able to complete all make-up lessons in term four.
To offset this…we invite all students that are owed lessons to participate in our Rock and Pop Holiday programs. If this is ever the case…you will more than get your money’s worth! L.M.A are extremely generous in this regard.
Q. I’m concerned that my child won’t get their full amount of make-up lessons…what do I do about this?
A. If you are concerned about make-up lessons, you are able to contact
the Managing director of L.M.A – his email address is rockandpop@bigpond.com – He is available to assist you with any queries about makeup lessons.
Please adress your email 'ATTENTION MANAGING DIRECTOR'. You will receive a very quick reply : )
The director is able to schedule your child in for free Holiday Programs if makeup lessons look difficult to organize (eg. In term4).
Q. Can I get a refund if my child misses a lesson?
A. The only time we will do refunds is when a teacher is unable complete their work at a School. This is extremely rare.
The only time this may possibly happen is in term 4…as if a teacher misses a day due to illness…it will be re-scheduled in the existing or following term. If this is every the case…you will be offered a generous holiday program voucher. Of course, if you were unable to attend a holiday program…your money would then be credited to the next term of music lessons.
Q. Will my child be in the same group when they do there makeup lessons.
A. Sometimes it is possible to do a whole group together…but, most of
the time your child will access a group ‘make-up’ lessons, by joining
